Founded in 2017, this fair is a collaborative powerhouse driven by local stakeholders. Our goal is simple: to reduce unemployment and strengthen the Denton economy by keeping local talent right here at home.

This event requires job providers to register in advance. You will be provided with an 8-foot table, plain tablecloth, and two chairs. You will also have access to WiFi, snacks, and two boxed lunches. You may bring displays and handouts for your table. Employers are encouraged to register online as early as possible, as space is limited.

This event is FREE to attend for job seekers. Registration is recommended, but job seeker check-in will be available at the event. Resources such as: 1. 20 minute master-class sessions with leaders from NCTC and UNT. 2. Professional headshots. 3. Quick resume polish - 5 minute formatting and grammar check, and printing. Job seekers of all types are welcome.

Is there a cost to attend?
No! The Denton Community Job Fair is completely free for all job seekers.
What should I bring?
We recommend bringing at least 10–15 copies of your updated resume. Some employers may conduct "on-the-spot" mini-interviews, so come prepared!
What is the dress code?
While we welcome everyone, we suggest business casual attire. First impressions matter, and dressing professionally shows employers you’re serious about the opportunity.
Do I need to register in advance?
Walk-ins are always welcome, but pre-registering online reduces your check-in time, allows us to share important information about parking and event details ahead of time, and helps us prepare for the expected attendance. Master-classes will have limited space, pre-registration secures your seat.
